I would love to take this moment to apologise to my body for eating so much rubbish over the last couple of months, I have now realised that if I want to look good I really do have to put the work in. I've started eating a lot healthier and doing so much more excercise and I can definitely see a massive difference already! I started the 30 day shred at the end of April and all though it is quite difficult, it's making my body a lot stronger and slimmer! It really is worth a try if you want to lose some weight or even tone up!
